Welcome to Psycan, a platform that connects you with independent mental health and wellness practitioners for booked appointments. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Eligibility & Your Account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and booking.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Booking Appointments
  • Appointments are booked in real time and are subject to a practitioner's published availability.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and the practitioner has accepted the request.
  • You are responsible for attending your scheduled appointment, or cancelling with reasonable notice.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
  • You may cancel a confirmed booking from your dashboard, subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed window are eligible for a refund to your original payment method via Razorpay; processing typically takes a few business days once initiated.
  • Cancellations made after a practitioner's session start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a practitioner rejects or is unable to conduct a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original booking; we do not process cash refunds.
Medical Disclaimer
  • Psycan provides a platform for discovering and scheduling appointments. We are not a healthcare provider ourselves.
  • Practitioners listed on the platform are independent professionals responsible for their own advice and treatment; Psycan does not guarantee or take responsibility for the clinical outcome of any session.
  • Psycan is not intended for use in medical emergencies — see our Disclaimer for details on what to do in a crisis.
Payments & Fees
  • Consultation fees are set individually by each practitioner and are shown clearly before you confirm a booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Any coupon or discount applied is reflected in the final amount charged.
Changes to These Terms

Psycan may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
