  • Booking information: the practitioner, service, and time slot you book, and any intake details you share.
  • Payment information processed via Razorpay, our payment gateway — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
  • Communications you send through our in-app chat, contact forms, or assessment tools.
  • Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) collected automatically to keep the platform working reliably.
How We Use Your Information
  • To create and manage your account, and to process and confirm bookings.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, and other service-related notifications by email, in-app notification, and (where enabled) SMS.
  • To enable communication between you and the practitioner you've booked with.
  • To process payments and refunds through Razorpay.
  • To improve the platform and respond to support requests.
Sharing Your Information

We share your relevant booking and intake information with the specific practitioner you book a session with, so they can provide care. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited data is shared with our payment processor (Razorpay) solely to process payments and refunds.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your Choices

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You can also manage which notification channels (email, SMS, in-app) you receive updates through, where applicable to your account type.
